The difference in performance between @MasonMBB's top two lineups is noticeable, especially with Ticket Gaines scheduled to be returning in the very near future.

The difference in performance between @MasonMBB's top two lineups is noticeable, especially with Ticket Gaines scheduled to be returning in the very near future.

Actually, the best point differential is with Cooper, Oduro, Fernandez, Polite, Bailey (36+), although they have relatively few minutes together (28 min). Whereas the lineup that has the most minutes (128-starting lineup at the beginning of the year with Gaines) has a 29+ net rating. How much of the latter is due to playing weaker non-conference teams?

Regardless, Davonte give us another versatile defender and much better depth.

I have been really pleased with JF's progress. Another couple more like him, and we might really be cooking with gas! (Not political. Just an old-timey expression from when most people still cooked with wood stoves.)

Stat Matt is my guy but it's an important caveat that his data isn't controlled for quality of opponent. With the small samples of individual lineups, any group that got run in The Annexation of Coppin State for instance is going to look great.
