Nicest guy to ever talk about road kill.We seem to have genuinely nice young men on this team. They represent the university well. One more reason why it's so easy to root for this team. Well done on all counts to TS, the staff, and the players.
As long as they are nice young men but meanies on the court that play well and win games I'm fine with that. So far I haven't seen them play nice on the court which is great. Yup, be good students who are nice 22 hours a day. But be a mean SOB for the 2 hours on the court. As long as they are nice young men but meanies on the court that play well and win games I'm fine with that. It may also encourage student athletes who want to excel in the classroom to look at Mason for more than just bball.Being "good students" is something that has really impressed me in recent years. Rarely, do you hear about academic problems involving athletes. When you do, they appear to be addressed promptly.
I'm unaware there has been any Mason men's basketball player who has been academically ineligible for a semester in over 20 years. It's evident how many athletes are excelling in the classroom. This is a credit to the players and coaches, and the school's academic support system.

I love Tony. Just a down to earth guy. No slick, canned, sound bite, phrases (like some other guy). Just a regular, humble guy who works hard and has had success because of it.22 minute Tony Skinn Youtube interview with the Field of 68
