What's the last incoming class you can remember that didn't look pretty solid?

You only have to read back to the begining of the this year to see that nobody put much faith into Hewitt from the writers with an 8th place predicted finish. EVERYBODY knows this guy can't coach. IF two dumbass ODU announcers picked up on it in 5 min, then you know a change must be made.

This team needs talent and toughness in a bad way. I'd say Mayimba and Lockett bring that. 6-10 guys that aren't stiffs don't grow on trees so i'll take Porter as well

An interview with Towson AD on taking advantage of their 1-AA football title game appearance (as well as their new arena. its very nice in there). I'd love to hear more about what they plan on doing to capitalize on the success of the team; something a lot of folks on these boards wish we would have done after the 2006 season.

Win. That's how you capitalize. Had Mason gone back to back to back (2:30 and a few Maynor steals away from doing just that) and there's no our administration screwed up our Post-FF.

Not quite sure where to put this. I'm watching the Butler-Creighton game, where Creighton is thrashing them by 25-30 points in the second half. A loss in this game would put Butler at 0-5 in their first season in the Big East.

It's been a while since Butler has struggled, but replacing a great young coach (Brad Stevens) and moving up in conferences for the second time in 2 years makes the point that Mason isn't the only program that struggles with these sorts of transitions.

I'm watching that game, too, psyclone and having bad flashbacks of the time they blew us out at home. Butler is now done 30 and looks horrible.
