I'm sure others will disagree, but I'm actually far more encouraged by the quality of some of our wins than discouraged by our losses.
Considering our youth, being able to stand toe-to-toe with good teams is one sign of a program with a high ceiling.
Much prefer that to being mediocre and only able to beat other bad teams, while getting blown out by quality opponents.
We have one hell of a coaching staff. Consistency will come with experience and improved depth.
I think as someone else said, youth is about playing with emotion, riding the wave. In time, this team will learn the importance of preparation and be able to impose its will on lesser opponents.
