Tailgating before selected basketball games

If this works out okay they should expand it to other sports--tailgating before soccer games or baseball games. Have a ''Fall Homecoming'' during soccer season around when other football schools do one and tailgate then as well.

It’s crazy that the same people that won’t bat an eye about the insanely mediocre quality of a basketball team we have but will complain about a tailgate that nobody is forcing them to attend. Blows my mind

Not complaining, just stating that this isn't really anything new. They had one of these before the vcu game a few years back and people on twitter including ByG showed pics of no one there. Simply asking where people are getting feedback from that the demand is "strong".

Appreciate the effort. Really only works on non-Homecoming dates if the fraternities/sororities bite, though.

Just talked to our intern that's a current student. By the sound of it, it looks like the fraternities are planning on participating... not the Longwood game though since its such a short notice.
