For the past 4 years, I would have liked to see a rule against timeouts within 10 seconds of the tv timeout.

vcu is going to have a ball with the 10 second backcourt rules, they were "punished" so many times for playing defense only to get a timeout called and the 10 second count get reset.

Yeah, but, if they are going to enforce the movement rules (which sounds like they are determined to do so this year), then that should give them problems. Here is an article about the changes:
