Cant transfer as my mens tickets are not mobile enabled - exact same issue as last year (Patriot Club donation is paid).

I know Taylor and I know he works his a** off and is probably particularly slammed right now, so I don’t want to go to him first - but will soon enough if not resolved.

If I missed the answer to this earlier I apologize, but does anyone know if the Gold Room is open for the game against St. Mary's this weekend?

And, are we supposed to pick up our Gold Room tickets at the South Concourse Saturday? If so that seems like it has the potential to be a sh&*show.

They normally don't have a "Gold Room" for an exhibition game.

From the email regarding Gold Room and Parking Passes: "Any passes not picked up at that game will be shipped at a later date."

Got an email from UPS indicating that they have created a label for my paper tickets but had not yet received them yet. They will update me if they have to change the delivery time from Wednesday afternoon.

Update: email from UPS indicating they have the package and delivery of the paper tickets are scheduled for Thursday afternoon.

Correct, there is no Gold Room Saturday.

I kind of wish they'd open the space even if they don't have food/drinks.

Look quite standard to my eye. Nothing like the old days when they were in color with different Mason players featured for each game ticket. Nevertheless, for me it beats rushing to wait in line at EBA ticket office because my digital ticket wouldn't load.

Maybe we should be grateful that the tickets were only in reverse chronological order and not in some random order!

make sure you all donate to the Patriot Club first so that your tickets can be activated...I just did mine last week. I ended up renewing Gold Room passes, because the letter that was sent out during the summer was in fact incorrect.

Speaking of Gold Room Passes... Per the new Donor Guidebook, you might think that a minimum donation of $41.66 per month over the course of 12 months plus your $100 seat donation (totaling $600/year) will get you into the Gold Room. However, that only gives you Men’s Basketball Gold Room Hospitality “Access”, whatever that means. What it doesn’t do is qualify you for a Pass. That’s because, any money given to the Patriot Club between January 1 and June 30 does not count. They’ll gladly take it, but if you are not giving them $600 between July 1 and the end of the year, you won’t get diddly!

I believe that rule is new. I used to space out my donation throughout the basketball season, but when I saw the new rule, I adjusted to give by the due date.

As for the seeming two different rooms you are describing, they both sound like the Gold Room to me. And I have no idea what the difference between Pass vs Access is.
