In the interest of appeasing them and avoiding their vengeance on Saturday, we should sacrifice a poster as soon as humanly possible.

I could get behind the CBI or CIT based on the ''see another game or two, let them get a bit more experience'' argument, but also the ''let them rest'' argument is compelling. I could honestly go either way on this one.

Maybe I'm wrong but don't the cost sharing mechanisms of those tournaments usually mean we don't lose much, if anything? I'd be ok with taking a bid if it meant the possibility of making a little money to go towards facilities. Otis grabbing another 50 points or so in his march to 2k would be a nice bonus as well.

CIT or CBI charges $30k to host a home game
so that could be a money loser

I just want another opportunity to see this group of players play together again. Oh wait, they all return. Skip the BS postseason tournaments and let the kids recharge their batteries. They busted their tails this season and surpassed all expectations. There are bigger fish to fry next year.

These are my thoughts as well. This team is so depleted and tired. I'm amazed with how they're playing through it, but let's not push it

But seriously, if URI and the Bonnies (Bonnies almost lost - 3OT) can f**k up senior night, than so can we.

Really hope the team remembers that. Final home game, big crowd - a win would be a great way to end the season and propel us into next year.

Only thing is, if we finish 4th this year, the Paulsen hawks will call for his firing unless we we go undefeated in conference next year.
