It would be at best a lateral move and in my opinion the AAC is a worse conference for men’s basketball than the A10 moving forward.

And other than the fact that the A10 has a lot more private schools, it has all of the good things about the old CAA (geographic footprint, local rivals, etc.), but with better teams top to bottom.
