I hate to repeat myself, but I really hate early Saturday games. Gonna be a bi*** finding someone to take to an early Saturday version of this sh**show.

I hate that I've gone from 90/10 upon his hiring, to 75/25 after last year to most likely 45/55 after this year as to whether CKE will be successful at Mason.

Can't blame the school, most everybody seemed to think it was a home run hire. I hope his tenure is a success, but tough not to start doubting that.

I hate that both the Men's and Women's BBall teams have the same league record
5-7

but this is viewed as a good sign for the Women's team and a bad sign for the Men's team
and I hope that both teams go at least 4-2 over the remaining 6 league games

There are 6 PIG teams this year. If the season ended today, we’d only be a tiebreaker over Richmond away from being in it.

9th place last season. Possibly (probably?) worse than that this season. Maybe VBL should coach the men’s team … at least her squad is trending in the right direction.

I hate the day off in these conference tournaments. I realize it might actually help us sometimes, but I still hate it. Look at the Sun Belt give TWO days off. WTF?!?!?!

The PIG is Tuesday with the winners getting Wed off. Then the winners on Thursday get a day off before taking on the top 4 teams on Saturday. I'm sorry, if you suck all conference season and got stuck in the PIG, you don't deserve a day off.
If you are a one bid league like the Sun Belt or A10 (this year), you want your best team in the NCAAs. That gives you the best shot to make more $$. Any scheduling that helps the bottom seeds makes no sense or cents.....

I actually like this version of the GM logo. I actually think this should be the only logo the athletic dept should use. However, the baseball team has a different GM logo they've used on their hats and uniforms since the 80's, yet here is an assistant coach not using that logo.
I realize the basketball team has won 4 in a row and my only two posts today are in the Hate thread, but I can't help myself

I hate to disagree with you, but I am not overly fond of the logo. To me, it is too "fat" and should include a U. The baseball logo is too "skinny" for my tastes. I'd like something in-between.
And/Or I would like at least 2 logos including one with an angry Patriot. vcu has several, and as much as I hate to admit it, they all look pretty cool.
Mason needs to step it up. We got rid of the AWFUL synchronized water dance ribbons, but the star needs to go too.
Obviously, all this is just my opinion. Except for the swim ribbon thing!

I hate that my bar is so low when it comes to our logo that I actually like the GM logo this assistant used in his tweet. But GMU79, I agree that it should be better and its time to make a change

I hate where the G meets the M (it looks...off?) but other than that this should be the primary logo. Or at least something close to it...the baseball GM is too skinny, agreed, but this fits with the logos that other schools who are much older than we are use. The shooting star just drips of the early 00s which is too recent to be vintage and cool. I also REALLY like the script "Patriots" used on the cream jerseys the last few seasons.
