I hate that my seats are right next to the visitor's guest section and I am going to have to listen to the friggin vcu ****-offs chant D-E-F-E-N-S-E all game.

Seems like forever since we beat the crayon-eaters. I will worship Kim (for as long as we have him) if he lets me enjoy a good 'ole a**-kicking of vcu at home just once.

I hate that digital ticketing failed me again! For the second game in a row I had to wait in line in the ticket office to get it straightened out. Yet another frustrating 15 minutes of my life that I'll never get back! Bring back printed tickets!

I hate we can't align on a "GM". Baseball has been using the same interlocking GM since the late 80s/early 90s. Today the coaching staff wore new 1/4 zips with a different font GM (the same GM used on GoMason.com). Can we just pick one?!?!?!

I hate when Mason fans cheer for a made free throw when the team is down 15 to vcu with 5 minutes left. Fans oughta realize the game is long over and it'll be yet another loss to vcu. Why they don't spend the next 24 hours contemplating a quick and easy death after said loss is beyond me. They're nuts.

I hate we have four different logos in use (the two GM's, the full logo and the star logo). A school like ours needs to pick one logo and move forward.

I hate we use various shades of green. The green we have on our uniforms is darker than the paint on the court or the green used on the website. Again, we need some consistency in our branding.

I hate that Zack Bolno (Deputy AD, External Operations) and EBA security tried to kick superfan Trevor out of his front row general admission seat during the National Anthem at homecoming so that a late recruit's family member could steal his seat.

I hate the oft ambiguity of the English language:

• Was the recruit "late" or tardy for his arrival?
• Was the recruit recently deceased?
• Or, was it the family member who was tardy or recently deceased?

One can only guess.

I hate roads that don't have the reflector things in the road to mark the lanes for nighttime driving (added to not break thread rules).

Buchanan was there and he was sitting in the VIP section.

This just doesn't add up.

I hate that I had to call out the admin staff right after the national anthem ended to let them know that what they were doing was wrong, and that they shouldn't be kicking people out of their general admission seats, especially someone that might not be able to easily verbalize or understand the situation.

I hate that a similar situation happened to me at the 2008 CAA championship game in Richmond, when the dance team coach tried to kick me out of my front-row GA seat behind the basket. I continue to hate that it seems like the athletic department still doesn't respect the fans or students that fight for front row GA seats.

(Quick non-hate follow up - Zack took my complaint about kicking Trevor out of his seat very seriously once he realized he had been caught/witnessed. The VIP/recruit and his family were then moved from the front row of the student section to the front row of Section 129, which are much better seats anyway. I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to put recruits in the front row of the student section to begin with. This all happened before tipoff.)

I hate that I saw Trevor come into the bookstore earlier in the day and didn't get a chance to talk to him. I wanted to get a pic with him, but didn't see him the rest of the day. Trevor is the best.

I hate that I've searched everywhere for the green 1/4 zip the staff was wearing on Saturday and only found one available in my size... and it's $100.

I hate that I have an OCD issue with getting all these items. It was much easier and cheaper when the staff just wore suits.
