I hate that technology has advanced to the point where we could rig up a video scoreboard that's lighter than the one we have but yet we don't. No longer seems like the roof. A lot of teams basically just have four TV screens.

Some old ones definetly weigh more than our current ones, but LCD tech is now at the point where I don't think it's a weight issue. It's a money issue. My real hope is they don't want to sink a bunch of money into the arena because a new one is imminent but I doubt it.

I hate that we're breaking protocol, but I don't think the Wizard's scoreboard that Leonsis tried to donate to us was that old.
