The Mason Fan Cheer Guide is great for Homecoming, yes, but can we make it FANTASTIC by producing and distributing the flier at the two home games that follow—Richmond and vcyooo?

Leesburg Chankenstank III stepped up, and in a BIG way, to finance the Homecoming effort. To cover the student sections for both the Richmond and vcyooo games I would need a minimum of 1,500 copies. Although, I have yet to request a price quote, I can confidently say the cost would be about $135. Will you step up? Who's the next Mason Fan Hero?

During the Indoor Tailgate, among other decision-makers, I met Zack Bolno, Deputy AD of External Affairs. I handed him a Mason Fan Cheer Guide. Mr. Bolno was ecsatic regarding the effort that I put in to these fliers in the hands of students and other fans. Zack also invited me to join a committee to discuss ways to improve fan/gameday experience. The committee will include Doc Nix and probably others whoneun the Mason "show" at EBA.

Zack also gave me a preview of a program for next season to indoctrinate in-coming freshmen to become avid Patriots basketball fans. The event will take place in the field house and the staff will literally teach them the art of Mason student fandom. They're working at it, folks!

Also, I wanna commend Starship2020 and ByGeorge for the heavy lifting they supplied. Starship distributed the fliers to the students' seats. ByGeorge helped get a large group of students to understand the value of cheering hard! And it worked! The fans were more engaged and doing the cheers from the guide as they were presented the opportunity. I'd say it was a huge first step here! Absolutely huge!

I appreciate your work in the patriot club and student section tonight but it falls on deaf ears. I have faith in your promise though so I am rooting for you. The booster club prays on the 105 year olds that love silence and I hate them and wish they could just knit and let us cheer. Really shameful patriot club we have. And Max Baker or whatever is name should be fired
