A tough spot to go in and expect a win. TCU coming off it's own humiliating loss and were motivated - just didn't expect such a beat down. Mason should be more than motivated for vcu - not too optimistic about a win, hopefully they keep it close.

Perhaps TCU just got really hot, but letting opposing teams drain threes is a reoccurring theme under DP. This is what happens when you have guys under 6ft guarding the perimeter.

Yup, TCU got really hot. For the year we have allowed opponents to shoot 91 - 314 from 3 (.290). No one is happy with the result last night but I wouldn't make a statement about reoccurring themes without doing some research first.

By George.

You went all the way there and didn't get any Grayer comments?

Unfortunately yes, Paulsen and Grayer ended up talking at the same time. We probably should have sent one of us to the TCU presser but needed to film stuff. Happened fast, I really regret it, I’m sorry. Smh.

You went all the way to Texas to watch George f*cking Mason basketball. Never apologize. You all are killing it.

Also, do you really think that even made the list of disappointments last night? I think not.

Solid post. Take out the TCU debacle and it's 77-290 (.266). Again, not a recurring theme.

Edit - LC3 beat me to it.

Yep, to your point:

"George Mason ranks 12th nationally in 3-point field goal percentage defense (26.6)"

TCU winning at K-State by 9 five minutes into the second half. ESPN

Grayer with 8 pts; buzzer beating 3 to end the first half.

Still haven't held a conference opponent to under 35% from 3.
