Just looking at the teams under Hewitt, guys he recruits, its so obvious he wants tall lanky players who have ability to shoot, dribble, drive. He wants interchangeable parts from all angles of the court, guys who can all attack or defend. The problem is this is college ball and we are not a power program even though we are in a very strong conference.

The offensive style is too open ended, there is basically no set structure other than the starting set of each play. I feel Hewitt is like "ok, you guys figure it out, it'll all come together"

I feel like since Hewitts offense seems so open ended, the kids get trigger happy after one or two passes.
