That’s right. The eastern regional final was at the prudential arena. I remember thinking if mason made it that far I would of went because I had family in the area to stay with.

will play devils advocate on point #2 - mcmahons was the bar for bonny, st joes, vcu, etc. at different points. seemed to be the only sports bar other than buffalo wild wings & applebees remotely close to barclays. st louis even had a 2 story inflatable billiken posted outside on thursday night. side note - can we start a giving day fund for giant inflatable patriot or gunston or mason maniac?
brooklyn just isn't a great place to hold something like this logistically. hotels & sports bars aren't real close, expensive, etc. doesn't excuse the apathy b/c other fan bases definitely showed up, but it is what is is as they say. pittsburgh probably by far my favorite tourny location so far (dc doesn't really count).
6) if you were sitting behind the basket close to the Mason bench - that was me
Herndon is the first of the bumps.” Not sure if AJ has ever played organized basketball before. “AJ is the best thing we have been missing for 3 years. Put some respect on his nameThe thing is, Reuter is probably the best passer on the team, and the ONLY way we can get anything going inside. Like, yes, he can't jump over a chopstick, and he has the lateral quickness of a port-a-potty, but he can do things like "successfully dribble once" and "catch a pass" that our other bigs cannot.
As I've said, Calixte has feet for hands, and I'm not 100% sure you can convince me that AJ wilson has ever played organized basketball before last week.
We're getting our asses kicked, I can see a coach going "maybe a little inside game would help, since nobody that isn't named Kier can hit the broad side of a barn from outside".
I'm not saying it's the right answer, but I understand the thinking.
Also, if sombody doesn't put a foot up Reuter's fat butt this offseason and say "you either drop 35 pounds, or you don't get in any games next year", they're doing him a disservice.
