In all serious - watching this game as compared to the earlier games - it is obvious the offense is developing as the guys play more together. So in the end - I see progress each game - so I am content.

Another observation - Ole Miss was using the Press and we were able to handle it.

Yea, I'm watching the OKie/Towson game now. OK State is without 2 of their studs. One went down with a dislocated elbow in the game today, other has pneumonia and didn't make the trip. This is a VERY beatable OK State team. Towson is just shooting awful and they play 0 defense.

The OK State Center, Allen, looks identical to Shevon except he has dreads. Same body type and all. I think Shevon is a little more polished then Allen but should be a great matchup of the bigs. Shevon better come out like he did today and own Mrs. Dreadlocks!

I wish I wasn't teaching and could have watched this game, but that play at the end was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time...not only were we able to inbounds the ball, but Moore and Otis combined to beat the trap in the corner and Shevon with the heady play on the other side holding it just long enough for the Ole Miss player to foul him.

Last year, we would have either been the other team, or we would have turned the ball over twice in the last 12 seconds to lose.

I'm at halftime watching the replay. I haven't felt the way I feel about Otis, since Luke. I had the same realization two and a half games into both of their Mason careers. This kid is special and will be FUN to watch for years (or until the coach leaves).
