Best A10 player since Jameer Nelson. I’m in Cali for work but will try my hardest to watch. I also need to see a game plan to stop Obi and Crutcher. Paulsen can’t hurt himself in my eyes no matter what. But damn he sure can help himself in my eyes by game planning and keeping it close. Hope he keeps AJ and Josh as far as possible from Toppin. Have Aj guard mike sell and Josh stick with landers.

Having watched Dayton a number of times on tv this year, a few commentators mentioned that despite Obi's star quality, that analytics (+/-) point to Landers being their key guy. Scary part is that UD does just about as well with Obi on the bench as when he's in the game. So Landers is the guy to get into foul trouble.
My guess is that we see a fair amount of Mar for defensive reasons.

So a win> LOL. Couldn't help myself, would be among the biggest in the history of the program.
We pushed their bigs out of the post in the second half and made then shoot over us and they weren’t a very good 3-point shooting team last year. This year, they are much better and we won’t be able to follow that same path.
If I remember, I don’t think Toppin took a single shot in the second half.

Thats standard when it comes to naming rights. Happens all the time on the PGA Tour. "The American Express" tournament is held at PGA West in Palm Springs. 1960 was the first year it was played as the Palm Springs Classic, then changed names a few times including the Bob Hope Classic and Bob Hope Desert Classic. But if the Golf Channel has to refer to, lets say, the 1962 event, it will refer to it as the '1962 The American Express'

Trey Landers has a combined 39 rebounds in his last four games. Doesn't get nearly the attention as Obi Toppin or Jalen Crutcher, but Dayton wouldn't be near the team it is without him. Exudes everything that a "senior" should be in college basketball.
