Game 22: AT Saint Louis University, Wednesday, February 1st, 7 PM, NO TV

Looking at the standings/upcoming games it's pretty clear tonight is a must have, on top of going at least 2-2 over the next four. A win tonight and I don't think St. Louis can get out of the play in, regardless of how slim their chances are anyways. That leaves three spots in the play in, one of which I think Duquense is a lock for. Fordham has shown just enough for me to not write them off yet, especially considering we play them at home. UMass is bizarre. Could finish bottom, could get up to 8th if their shooters catch fire and their coach decides to, well, coach. Other than that I can't make a case for feeling confident about finishing above GW or St. Joes.

I think the baseline is to avoid the play in but with how well we've done so far I think top half should be the goal. Beating Davidson on the road would be a huge step towards that.

I believe you have to have the blue membership or the orange-blue membership. Then go to FS1 Channels and it should show up using FS1-Midwest. We did it for Northern Iowa and Kent State if I can recall correctly

Went through the box score from the first game and thought a couple things were interesting:

- St. Louis shot horribly (38.5%) from the field. The problem was we matched them at 39.2%, our worst shooting performance in conference.

- Marquise only played 31 minutes due to sitting almost half the first with two fouls he picked up in the first two minutes of the game.

- St. Louis freshman forward Jalen Johnson shot 5-10 from 3. He's 5-15 from three in his four games since.

- Otis was mid-funk this game with 8 points on 9 shots, and 1-5 from three.

- Karmari and Boyd combined for four points. They combine to average 11 in conference. The first meeting was their lowest combined output in conference so far.

If we're ever going to snap the W-L-W-L-W-L pattern it needs to be tonight. All signs point to the first game being a big fluke.

whatever FiOS package I have includes FCS-A, FCS-MW and FCS-W. All three are in low def. What sports channel can be taken seriously in 2017 when they don't come in HD?!?!? Or is it that Verizon and Time Warner (soon to become Comcast???) just don't offer the HD version?
Off topic for JimP- here is to hoping the Binghamton Devils rebrand themselves as the Binghamton Whalers.

Yeah, I don't get it. They seem to be the only three channels that are still low def. Heard from a guy supposedly in the know that they were going back to the Dusters. A NJ Devils front office guy said they'd keep the Devils name, so who knows? I'm just glad there is still a team.

What is the rationale behind what games are shown on the A-10 network?

Seems like most non conference games were aired but not many conference games.

I thought if there wasn't a TV contract issue all the games would be on there.

Edit - I'm logged into my Xfinity account and i'm watching the game through there, if that wasn't clear. It's not playing on the TV even though I get the channel.
