I will +1 the netty pot. Just get a jug of distilled water from the grocery store and use the little saline packets you can get at CVS or wherever. I do a rinse every few days since I have a kid who goes to daycare, and I think it helps keep the viruses from taking hold too strongly.

Yes, if we lose to both St. Joes and UMass they cannot lose to Loyola at home and will need to also either beat Dayton at home or Loyola on the road to keep pace (it’s all broken down nicely in the 2023-2024 schedule thread).
