Clearly, this team has no talent. It's excellent coaching that has us leading the top team in the A-10 on the road with less than 2 mins left in first half.

I love this bogus argument. When we lose, its because of coaching; when we compete with good teams, it's because we have stellar talent. Did it ever dawn on you that it's a combination of both when we play well and when we don't?

While you claim we are in this game because of our vast talent, I would counter that we'd be up about 8 points if J2 wasn't 0-5. I would also say our strategy to play zone and attack the basket is also why we're in the game. To KA's point, it's now up to Hewitt to adjust in the second half as needed.

If we get good production from our players AND good strategies and rotations by our coaches, we can beat anybody. But to act like the two are mutually exclusive is just you blowing smoke.

Has nothing to do with emotion. That fades as fatigue sets in.

Where Hewitt struggles is anticipating adjustments the opposition is going to make and preparing a plan to beat them. Way too often we just look lost when the other team stops playing the same way they did in the first 20 minutes.

Oh I agree...its about losing the emotion when the game plan stops working.


But I don't believe he gets their mind in to the game from the start....

There should be no more argument about the talent on this team.

About 99 percent of what we do offensively is based on individual talent, not scheme -- and we are beating the No. 19 team in its house.

Hewitt does get credit for getting AO out of the game, though. Never should've put him in there in the first place.
