Couldn't get off work to watch this one but just checking in during my break. All I have to say is, Cornell BETTER have a beast a** year.

One baby step for man, one baby step for Masonkind. I'm always happy with a win, but it just makes Friday's loss even that more frustrating. We came out tonight and pounded it inside like we should have done against Cornell instead of jacking up 27 threes.

I guess it's a step in the right direction that we only took 11 tonight, but I'm still shaking my head at our plan when the shot clock is running down. Surely, we have plays for those situations right?

Anyway, this was a good win against a good team. Time to work on our FTs and do everything we can to not embarrass ourselves against WVU on national TV.

Okay we won. It did not feel like a win though. Princeton caught up in the 2nd half and made three pointers. Same crap again. Why is this team not guarding the perimeter?!? Are the players too lazy or is it Paul Hewitt's strategy to gamble each and everytime that the opposing team will miss?!? :sidedead:

I disagree Tom. Yes a win is a win. But its the same stuff from last year. Can't keep a lead, no killer instinct because there is no competent leadership. Don't let this win fool you. How we perform is completely random because there is zero leadership

I caught most of the post game on 106.7 - glad to see some games are on a radio station that has a wide range.

Chank, I'm confused how you are reading my comments. I can be still be happy that we beat a good team while finding things that drive me nuts (like not getting off a good shot three times when the clock is running down). Hewitt did nothing tonight that convinces me he should stay, but I'm not going to feel bad about feeling good about a win.

Okay, I get that. But your statement earlier about how even Vegas can't figure us out is soooo accurate.

I don't wander out from the safety and security of the ebola thread often, but I would like to congratulate the Patriots on a nice win.

Defense was generally there tonight, as was the advantage on the boards. If that persists the team can win some games this year, simple as that. If the remainder of the season is not called from the threat of infectious disease, of course.
