The rotations and strategy were god awful at times, and our players made mistakes on both end, but how about Miller grabbing 15 boards despite a bad shooting night? Kolek bounced back from a bad performance against vcu with 16 points and three big 3s. And Oduro missed a few shots he should make and got beat a few times defensively, but he also fueled our comeback with 8 straight points, put up a double-double, blocked three shots, and finally let his presence be known defensively in the second half by hedging on several double teams.

Yes, GW sucks; yes, AJ and Johnson have regressed; yes Dave is still one of the worst coaches and recruiters in the conference; but winning still beats losing.

He HAS to be somewhere in the middle of the conference, because if he's among the worst coaches, than he's a MFER of a recruiter to get middle of the road results, and if he's among the worst recruiters, than he's a MFER of a coach for the same reason.

You won’t ever hear me claim otherwise. Hitting the boards is all about desire, as Marquise Moore proved every night. Our 23 offensive rebounds were huge tonight, although we would have won by 20 had we not missed so many layups.

After six years, an upgraded practice facility, a new lockerroom and Dave’s self proclaimed best team ever, I’m of the opinion we can do better on the recruiting and coaching front.

I believe that you always celebrate a victory, particularly against a local rival whose fans say Mason does not belong in the A10. As for Coach Paulsen, I commend him because his teams never quit. But, he's already received 2 contract extensions. IMO, a third will require an NCAA bid.
