one would have to think this is supplemented by the conference.. There is NO WAY our cheap a** school would give up a home game to charter a plane to Dayton and not have some compensation. Right!?!?!? or is Brad as dumb as I think he is?

Agree, the A10 / ESPN HAVE to be footing the travel bill for us to agree to this on short notice. No way we agreed to it otherwise if finances are as dire as some make it out to be that we can't afford a 200k buyout.

I'm assuming that the Fordham game will get canned by COVID somehow, and that GW will beat us.

roster injuries play a role into the folks that pick the tournament field. Considering they had 6 scholarship athletes for both losses and our close game... they have a chance. If Dayton loses one more game (vs good team) and then loses in the championship game of conference tournament they should sit squarely on the bubble. I agree with you though that it is fantasy at the present moment.
