So, I was just presented a candidate for an open position requiring programming knowledge. The candidate got a CS degree from vcu. Who knew they even had a program. Poor kid has bad timing. I am going to reject it on the simple fact that it is from vcu on game day with vcu.

Really hope they aren't holding these tickets so they can only be purchased through the Mason app. Seems like a great way to lose out on sales.

If that is what they are doing, I think it is an epic, big balls move by our AD/Ticketing office. As much as I'd love to take money from vcu fans and see their tears in person tonight, I'd prefer to have the stands be mostly Mason fans.

For those asking how thousands of seats suddenly vanished overnight from Ticketmaster. They were probably removed from listing so that the box office can have a pool of tickets to sell tonight before the game starts.

This would also be incredibly stupid. Why limit online sales in the hopes people will show up (in the pouring rain) without a ticket and buy at the box office?

Good point. I have shown up before though without buying tickets from Ticketmaster. At the box office they are cheaper and you don't have to pay service fees. Also, FWIW the box office is indoors and so is the waiting line now unlike the old years

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and bought 7 tickets (half price) in section 102. Be on the look out for grown men with foam fingers and megaphones. We are behind the vcu bench and near their fan section so we may need back up. Issuing a standing request at this time.

DUDE I've seen you guys for all 4 of my years at mason and have always wanted to say that I LOVE YOU and your group! I think we spoke one time this season when they moved us from the band section and gave us green machine pins as a "sorry" LOL

No idea. 50/50. Never been to Banditos either, huge bar when you walk by though. Since they're right around the corner form each other give both a try. Hopefully the rain keeps the vcu group away.
