Nothing really, all im saying is that IF he manages to roll off a 20 win season, im for it. Let him have his 5th. Its all contingent on winning. The latter half of my statement still stands. Unlike today's political climate, I do believe there is a middle ground. Love how Cabrera and Edwards are sitting right next to the Mason bench.

Fair enough. I thought you meant if he wins this year...EXTEND him. Like most women, I could swallow giving him the 5th, but wouldn't like it.

As for the middle ground I get. But someone very very smart when Hewitt was hired said "he's going to be great or he's going to be bad, there wont be too much middle ground." I think they were right....

Is it me or did the falling apart happen immediately after a Hewitt time out. I'm at work so watching the game tracker, looked like we called time out, then used entire shot clock before Shevon turned it over (presumably after a failed set play called by Hewitt) which lead to an easy basket and the route was on. Perhaps he should talk less and let Corey coach.

What a contrast in styles. They pass the ball around and limit turnovers. We try to do everything 1-on-1 and are careless with the ball.

Great start? We played like shit on defense.

For the first 8 mins we were patient, careful, good defense...and then we just lost it and went back to 1 on 1. *sigh*

Wow....thought this'd either be a close win or a close loss. Not even a game. Consistently good play doesn't happen under Hewitt.

:bear2:

That's called Hewitt Ball. And it only works 70% of the time when you have NBA caliber players. If you don't...it drops down to like 30% or less....

They shot 68% from the floor, hit 6 of 9 threes, and had 11 assists to our 2. It honestly felt like they had 6 players on the floor with as wide open as they were. Looking forward to seeing all of the halftime adjustments we make. hahahaa

I was thinking the same thing. Are we back from the short hiatus from normal Hewitt play?

I can't help but point out that the too many options theory is holding water still. We have MM back and now we are back to poor play. Not blaming MM, just pointing out that we seem to play better with fewer substitutions

I don't think that theory applies here, wijg. Corey can't play 37 minutes every game, and Moore was playing well before he got hurt. We just need both of them to play well in the same game.
