That’s kind of St. Joes defensive philosophy. They are going to muck up the paint and make you shoot from outside. We have to keep being aggressive and make them foul us going to the basket. This luck from outside isn’t going to last the whole game.

really happy with defense and hustle.. and spurts of offense... but our set plays are predictable and stagnant... We are very lucky St Joe's is stinking up the place too... two worst rebounding teams in the A10 the announcer said?!?! we are getting good second chance looks just can't make layups

He’s not having the best game but I think we made maybe 2 layups that entire half as a team. And yes literally two layups — one by Kier, one by Calixte.

Once again, the handoff offense is letting us down despite the early hot shooting.

It’s like Paulsen has no plan B. We run 1 play on offense. We run 1 inbounding play. We run strictly man to man defense.

We started out on fire and ended with a horrendous cold spell, and they seemed to play in spurts as well. Kind of fitting that we're all tied up at the half. We really need Reuter to convert in the paint. Can't miss so many bunnies and expect to steal a game on the road.

It’s because the second half will get real ugly if we can’t buy a shot. This is what happens to us every time we play St. Joes. Unfortunately we don’t have that huge cushion we had last year. Also, St. Joes ain’t finishing in the top 3.
