Marko and Marquise were perfect too, but with many fewer attempts. Most of the team was actually pretty good from the line today.

I wouldn't go that far, Bricker. Any win with this group is a good thing even if it does feel dirty, and it might seriously be the last time we get over .500 all year. They just don't seem to have the ability to put teams away, even from the FT line where we were shooting 80% up until the last few minutes before crumbling. J2 looked like a scared school girl standing at the line.

The performance of the players aside, I think the cerebral part of Hewitt kills any potential momentum when he obsesses about his offensive/defensive substitutions. We tend to milk a lead defensively instead of going for the jugular.

Fortunately, it finally worked out with Jenkins covering their shooter at the end as lawdog pointed out, but the endless subbing in and out of players has to make it tough for the players to get into a groove.

The last time I saw this team play was in Richmond last year.

I got to watch a fair amount of the 2nd half. Was about to post how it looked like they were playing better, ball movement, etc. Its as if they had a clue and there was some resemblance to an actual team concept going on.

Then the end happened.....
