Speaking of the article, I still can't believe Ed DeChellis just up and left Penn State to go coach at Navy.

Not quite like that. DeChellis was close to being fired at PSU. He even told people he thought he would be fired if they had one more mediocre season. At Navy he got a 7 year deal for a base of $450,000 per year plus a lot less pressure. His deal has since been extended.
