Played some of our best ball of the season for spurts in the first half, blew the lead, made no adjustments at halftime, and got run out of the gym in the second half.

This game was lost with 9 minutes to go in the 1st half when we were up 10.

Not that it matters - but down 20 with a minute left, why do we foul? Why do we leave starters in? Everything about this program is an embarrassment.

I was discussing same thing with my teenage sons. Even they were savvy enough to know how stupid that looked.

Can't deny what Jordan Miller does for our offense, but I have come to the conclusion that Kolek is the best player on the team. Sad that instead of feeling excited about the future I am thinking, "I guess he's going to transfer."

Isn't that basically what I said? The decision making by the coach to completely roll over for the rest of the half and leave Greg out there regardless of how ugly the results were was all the break URI needed.

That second half is an absolute summary of everything I hate about Paulsen ball. Boring, uninspired, no movement, terrible rotations, and never going for the easy looks.

Personally, I don’t blame any of our players for how this offense is going other than their lack of movement without the ball. It is so clearly a system issue. For the first time, we have a veteran team with the talent to be in and win games, and we are STILL getting blown out by underwhelming teams like URI in year 6.
