Calixte and Dady haven’t really been at the line much in the last few games (Calixte 0-2 last game). Greene has gotten over his early season yips it seems. Hartwell has been pretty automatic so far when he’s gotten to the line (10-12).

If we ever get into a FT shooting match in a game it should be Hartwell, Kolek, Greene, Miller, and AJ on the floor.

I really think that Coach Paulsen deserves credit for doing as you suggest, although foul trouble and injuries can impact this strategy. If Dady is on the floor down the stretch in a close game, an opponent should consider fouling him on every Mason possession until he demonstrates he can make FT's.

For me I am wondering why Henry and Heidera are not getting more playing time. Henry had two minutes in the last game and appears to be very athletic going for the rebounds and blocking shots. Heidera just is a tough dude who mixes it up, granted he needs a lot of free throw work, but you have to like his toughness. Quite possibly because of injury XJ is just not contributing, he can't get any shots off because of his unorthodox form. He may need more time to recover. I also agree that Polite shows some flashes and can certainly guard a lot better than Hartwell. Finally Kolek may be our best recruit in some time. Lets hope we don't lose him if there is a coaching change. He is going to be really good down the road,

Wouldn't it be funny if we fired DP and Kolek went to play for Pitino. Maybe he isn't sneaky athletic enough.

The announced attendance for each of the 3 home conference games has been 250 (the maximum restricted capacity).

There is not a snowballs chance in hell we’ve gotten close to it though. I’d say 175 max last game, and that’s being generous.

vcu maybe 250. No way lasalle game and doubtful Richmond as well. They still had tickets available like an hour before and our section was empty compared to vcu game. BS

You guys are making me question the veracity of the AD.
I will guarantee anything that the lasalle game did not have 250 people. Could be wrong about Richmond and agree that vcu probably did. Lasalle game looked much like the Towson and Norfolk st crowd to me. All I’m saying

Announced attendance is tickets spoken for, not AIS (asses in seats). No college or professional team ever announces actual attendance.

So, are you saying that all 250 tickets were issued for the La Salle game?
Yes, I’d imagine that 250 will be the attendance number for every game this season.

Not saying that’s 250 tickets sold, but all 250 tickets will be “assigned”

Actually, none of the OOC home games had an announced attendance of 250.

Sleeperpick indicated that there were tickets available about 1 hour before the La Salle game. So, if all of those tickets were not distributed, then 250 tickets were not "assigned".

Frankly, I couldn't care less if the AD inflates the announced attendance. It just seems pathetic if it is being done this season with a maximum restrictive capacity of 250.

Yeah I mean none of us should be surprised that they are inflating attendance, they’ve done it for years, anyone who has been at the games can very clearly see it.

I believe we have had a former AD or Patriot Center employee post on here that he was part of and/or witnessed the attendance number being made up out of thin air.

I don’t know how they are doing it anymore. I know back in the day we had to manually count it before we got scanners. I know @XTSG usually knows how to guess.

I don’t recall anyone saying the number was made up on here though but if someone can point to the post feel free. Everything is scanned digitally for years and now with digital ticketing the only difference would be human error I would think.

I offer the sum of 1000 American dollars for PA Guy to bravely count everyone next home game by hand and give us the actual count over the PA.

"There's seven, okay, seven. Are you happy now? That family, Carolyn Marsh, and those two guys yelling to fire Paulsen."

disclaimer jollay will not pay anyone anything

let’s be real the PA guy would probably scream the info obnoxiously into the microphone.
