Otis and Jaire are only Patriot League level? Danny Dixon was 6ft 7 on a team that had no height other than Shevon and Jalen.... Danny Dixon had the skills of a 4th grade basketball player... But so did Shevon at the time he came here.. he was just a behemoth and improved greatly under Paulsen. That's bull. That's basically admitting DP knew Dixon wouldn't work out here but wasted the kids time anyways. That's a Dick Punch. How about just admit that's all he knew how to do was recruit guys that were Patriot League level.

Jaire and Otis are high end Pat league or CAA type level guys? Hate to break it to you but they have turned out to being top level A10 guysYes, they are on the high end but either Pat League or CAA type level.
Shevon played Juco for two years so he didn't arrive here as a freshman like you are making it seem. Dixon was pure DIV III. Maybe Div II.
By the way, I don't think there is a single poster on here who doesn't wish at least one of the three forwards signed in the first two years had panned out, even marginally. So, I'm not exactly sure what DJ3 or GSII want us to say about it other than to say, yes, it sucks that we don't have any experienced forwards on the team right now.
Get over it and watch the team we have.
Sure I overstate the importance of facilities. That’s why Clemson spent millions to built a football facility with a bowling alley, laser tag area and lazy river. Because 17-year-old recruits don’t care at all about a school’s facilities.
Seriously? You think this is even remotely the same thing?
I didn't say they don't care. I said you're drastically overrating the importance of our little project which cost 25 times less. Like, I didn't make that up. 25 times less.
Of course it’s not remotely the same thing. Duh.
But not having a facility at all put us behind the many other A-10 schools who already had one.
I’m not saying a recruit is going to pick Mason because of a practice facility, but you are kidding yourself if you think kids don’t notice stuff like that on their visits and draw conclusions about the quality of the program.
Now we are at least doing the things for our program that we should be doing if we want to compete for a conference title.
When you are recruiting kids who have multiple high-level offers, every little bit helps.
Well, our target Evan Buckley got an offer from Delaware tonight, so let's hope these facilities pay off!
