Read this today. Just awesome to see some light shed on what's going on in practice and how Paulsen is coaching. There's a part where he totally berates the team in practice calling one of the drills they tried the "worst" in thirteen years of coaching at Bucknell according to the article. Damn. At the same time it was uplifting to see him implementing total team positivity as well as the article states that if the team didnt help each other off the floor or cheer on great defensive plays they would have to run sprints or what not. I kind of like that because its so easy to call for an a** kicker coach but to be able to have a coach who also coaches to bond the team is awesome.
