No matter how good our new coach is, we have to be proactive and give him the resources to attract high-quality recruits if we want to become a winning program again.

We're no longer in a league where roughly half the teams aren't really trying to compete.

Continuing to do things in a half-a** manner and still expecting success is setting Paulsen up for failure.
