Potential to go 10-2 provided we go all chalk and pull two upsets (URI over Alabama, which is currently favored by 2.5, and Fordham over Harvard, which is currently a pick 'em).
A10 ends up 89-81 and the #10 ranked conference out of 32 conferences in Division I. A10 is usually ranked between 6th and 8th.
Also of note, the OOC Strength Of Schedule for the A10 is rated #3. Even with that tough schedule, it is still a down year for the A10.
Depending on how the conference play goes, we could very well be a one bid league this year. The last time the A10 was a one bid league was about a decade ago.

Unbiased opinion of Mason's non conference performance. Mason earned a D-.
Good Wins
I think I can honestly say that George Mason got 0. Most teams at least picked up a win over a Kenpom Top 200 team. George Mason’s best victory is over Binghamton (#222) back in the 2nd week of hoops. A 4 point road win over James Madison was GMU’s only win outside of EagleBank Arena, but again, it’s James Madison.
Bad Losses
George Mason certainly had a few. A home loss to William & Mary really stands out in my mind. That’s what really dragged down the Patriots, and they’ve been unable to make much of a recovery since. George Mason also suffered a 23 point home loss to Georgia Southern, scoring only 51 points the entire contest: not good. Similarly, a 72-54 home loss to Penn St. was certainly expected, but this is another example of a game where George Mason had nothing to show for on offense. The Patriots rank 310th in three point shooting this year as the team is firing at a 30.5% clip; offense is hard to find with no real perimeter threats.

I didn't know the a10 blog was run by vcu fans. But I wouldn't doubt it.Yeah vcu fans are totally unbiased towards Mason.
This post just pushed me over the edge. I'm not debating if BE and DP have a plan. I'm saying their plan is not working!
I can't believe it took me this long to realize that debating sports is just like politics. It keeps you busy but gets you no where.
Bye bye homers! This is officially my last post.

The thing is def not a man!!!!A man is only as good as his word.
Fair assessment of our OOC performance.
Bonna not helping the conference by losing at Dayton and at St Joes this weekRoot like hell for URI and Bonna to only lose to each other in conference play, both get to the semi's of the tourney, one get to the finals and lose to Mason= 3 bids
Bonna not helping the conference by losing at Dayton and at St Joes this week
Nope.
On a different note, Duquesne is 3-0 and 12-4 overall (I know they had a super soft schedule). Maybe they are the surprise team this year?
