No. The portal closing means that nobody new can enter it. There are still a few months to go for guys who are currently in the portal to land somewhere.

As of right now, the last 2 spots are expected to go to current college transfers. I'm expecting a 3/4 and a back up 5. Regarding Zach Anderson, I'd be surprised if we don't know something in the next week.

Maybe. They’re leaving the A10 after next season to join the MAC we might get another crack at him when they drop down a level.

Interesting. His offer sheet isn't overwhelming so its obvious he is just starting to get some attention.

Most likely a project and warm body to provide some depth at the 5. In the old days, he'd probably be a redshirt candidate.

A 7'0 who can walk and chew gum and wants to put in work at Mason, I'd gladly sign up for that.

I think this means there is a good chance we aren't getting any of the portal guys, and he looks decently athletic for a 7'er, so no problem with the take as a D and foul guy with future potential.
