GIVING DAY 2023
The only downside of this is possibly ending up on the wrong side of the bubble like Indiana State did this past year (only played two P5’s and lost to both- no big wins). The deck is stacked and a pretty decent NET is no guarantee of an at-large when you play in the wrong conference.
The good news is, the A10 is a better conference than the MVC most seasons, so we should have more opportunities for resume-building wins in conference play than Indiana State did this past season. If Indiana State had played an A10 schedule, they probably get that at large.

Would like to see a home and home against WVU start next season. I know it probably won’t happen, but I thought a relationship was formed between the coaches when that WVU player collapsed.
WVU’s interim coach from last season didn’t get the job full-time so that ship sailed.

Wont happen, but the run wasnt supposed to either......

In 2026, the 20th Anniversary of our FF run, we should have Mich St, Unc, Wsu and Uconn on our non conf schedule. All at Home too.
Or how about UCL.....A and LSU so we can show them we could have beat either of those teams had we played them in the semis.

Nothing would sum up the fall of our program more than getting the f**king brakes beaten off of us by every single one of those teams at home.

Probably what you said would happen in 06.

That means Mason will play against Cooper Flagg, their 7'2 guy from Africa, Tyrese Proctor, Caleb Foster, etc
