Can't wait for Jace Posey to see everything Mason has to offer up close and in person. Simply getting these kids to give us a chance is the hardest part of the battle in my opinion. Fernandez and Posey would be dynamite.
Already did with Fernandez. No reason whatsoever Kim can’t work his magic again, especially considering the gaping hole we’ll have at the 2 next season. Lots of minutes available for the right guy.
Posey is another big recruit that Mason has to find a way to reel in. Like @MasonFanatic said, pairing him with Fernandez at the shooting guard position would be amazing and the type of guard play that Mason really needs to compete in the Atlantic 10. Posey has some huge offers with TCU, Houston, Miami, Memphis all going after him. The fact we are getting him on campus is a very good thing, and hopefully being nearby to his Dad can help. I see the rest of the conference in with many top 100 kids, so I feel its important that Mason tries and gets at least 1 for every class.
I know Dez White and Austin Ball are visiting too, they also would be nice pieces to the puzzle in my opinion.

Also note that Posey’s dad, James who played 12 seasons in the NBA played in the A-10 with Xavier. KE preaches to recruits that you don’t need to come from a Power Conference to make it to the NBA. No better example than his own Dad.
Indeed. Desmond White is expected to visit on September 2nd, in addition to Austin Ball.

Jace Posey is just a stud. Super athletic, broke the Texas state record in the high jump… he’s a well documented freak.
Don’t sleep on Austin Ball. Super quick release on his shot and can hit the three off the dribble going both left and right. At 6’7”, he’s a matchup problem and is athletic enough to blow past you and finish at the rim. If you are looking for something to do, find some clips of the Miller School at DMV Live this past summer. He was outstanding.
I think there might be a chat coming up this week where we go a little more in depth on these guys, so I’ll save some info for that.

Maybe we can sell him on also training/competing on the High Jump if he comes here. I mean we do have a National Title in T&F.
