What do we think would be a reasonable contract extension in terms of salary per year? It looks like he currently makes around 900k, similar deal to what we paid Kim. I know he's probably over a mil this year with all the bonuses.

I suggested organizing a phone campaign to the office of the President to pressure him to extend Skinn but that idea has gotten a chilly reaction. One person said it would be viewed as spam. Is there a thin line between organized passion and spam? We should all want Skinn extended. I realize a lot of you don’t like me but I’m throwing that idea out to see if anyone else thinks it might work.

b) payback of base for last 2 years of his contract

Increase bonus clauses for A-10 regular season and tourney championship
Clause for each post A-10 tourney win - scaled by league - NCAA the highest
average game attendance clause
increase in season ticket sales
player retention clause
team GPA clause
player honors clauses - 1st team all A-10, etc
bonus for getting team into a NIL paying tournament
Quad 1 scheduling over 2 games
Quad 1 wins
over 15 A-10 wins
over 10 OOC wins

1m base means we are going cheap. Thats not going to work.We offer that, it would be obvious we cant get out of our own way.
