This is the banner in the practice facility that VBL mentions in the post championship press conference. I took this picture back in July and thought that was bold of her to put that up, but, she and the team backed it up with their actions. I hope they do a red strikethrough of the "future" part and leave it up.

I just got back from there and noticed it had already been updated

Women up to 11 seed in latest ESPN bracketology as a result of upsets in other conference tournaments: https://www.espn.com/espn/feature/s...ogy-2025-women-college-basketball-projections

I think they could realistically end up anywhere from 10 to 12 seed depending on how all the AQ's work out.

For women's tournament, the top 16 teams host the regionals so I'm rooting for a regional that we can easily travel to - and rooting against being in the Norman, Oklahoma regional unless someone knows of a secret way of getting to wherever the hell Norman is for less than $600/flight (which is of course where we are currently projected to be :)).

*Edit - Norman is actually doable with reasonable flights in/out of OKC, you just have to fly out Thursday and back Wednesday
