In yesterdays game he defended 2024 6'9" 5 star forward Ryan Jones for much of the game down in the post. I'll give him this, kid plays with a ton of heart and I don't think effort will ever be a question with him.

Its too bad he didn't come a few years earlier, he would have been ready for the switch defense where he ends up defending someone a foot taller than him in the A10.

I wish the kid well, I had lots of concerns with his style as it was. He was too small to be a shooting guard in the A10 and had a real funky hitch in his shot. best of luck, Dez!

No offense to Dez or Barron, but I think the one we all really want to keep is Ball. He has the highest ceiling of any of our 2023 recruits — with time in the weight room I can see him becoming a very very good A-10 player.

I could be wrong, but Mason fans should not be too disappointed in losing White.

I agree with Jim that Ball has the highest upside of the '23 class.
