Team building

Hall of Famer
GIVING DAY 2023
MBB has participated in a demanding team-building exercise run by an organization called The Program the past two days.

Great idea with such a young group. Teaches them to rely on each other, work as a team and have each other's backs when they encounter adversity.

Consider this the next block in the foundation DP and the staff are building. They're putting the culture of success in place one day at a time.

Trust me, if you're a fan of Mason basketball, you're gonna want to click the link below this photo.

I had the chance to organize one of these events for a client many years ago at Hemlock Overlook. It was a good experience for everyone who took it at least somewhat seriously. Not so much for the guy who accidentally hit "Reply All" to the e-mail announcement stating that his group better go to kiss the client's a$$. :bricks:

LOL, I worked at Hemlock during college during the summers. One of the most fun jobs, ever, but you would be EXHAUSTED at the end of the day. Outside all day in the sun/heat walking up and down those hills, whooooo

Yea, I wish I had the chance to participate in the Hemlock Overlook events, but I was running from station to station. It looks like it would be really fun working there. Sometimes the exhausting jobs are the best...I worked at a company that fabricated rebar and concrete forms...I was totally wiped out every evening, but it was great and the best shape I've ever been in.

Nothing like being physically vs. mentally exhausted.
