There was an explosion / building collapse affecting Metro North train service.

If you're coming from the south this should have no effect on your train situation. However, they've temporarily shut down service in and out of Grand Central so if you're coming from the north getting into the city could be a headache.

I guess in some ways I am still too optimistic because when I saw the subject of the thread, the first thing that popped into my head was that there was a news leak that Mason was going to fire Hewitt following the tournament.

I am working a half block from Union Station at the moment and was going to hop on the next train up if that was the case...
