Official 2020 PIG Thread

It's time to start tracking the 2020 PIG teams. As of 1/23/20 the bottom 4 consists of:

LaSalle (1-5). We have beaten them. Advantage GMU. Done for the season.
Fordham (1-5). We play them March 7. We have struggled with them in the past.
UMass (1-5). Advantage GMU so far. We play them again on Sunday, Feb 9.
St. Joe's (0-6). We play them for Homecoming on February 22. Should be a win.

The Captain Obvious bottom line is that we currently sit one game out of the PIG but with advantages head to head. We control our own fate. I see us losing at least 7 of our remaining games which would put us 7-11 at best. 5 - 13 is more realistic. I hope I'm wrong. If we regress all the way back into the PIG it will be tough to handle.

We still have a chance to stay outta the PIG, but we're probably going to have to either steal the game vs Davidson or pull a bigger upset somewhere else. We've got a rough part of the schedule coming up compared with the rest of the bottom 5 teams.

That sounds about right. Short of someone dropping a complete stinker against us I don’t see more than 4 more wins. We should keep it close at Davidson this weekend though.

Could also depend on if Osun is healthy when we play them. They are a completely different team without him.

Also, SLU is vulnerable if you're just willing to hack them all game long.

Hes from VA Tech....I know who he is but the above poster said he can give us 5 fouls. Kinda hard to give 5 fouls when you've yet to dress for a game. I assume he is red shirting.

I haven't seen Konnor in uniform maybe since the exhibition game. He always is standing around in civvies on the court (along with Boyd) and is with the team for the national anthem and on the bench. But is he eligible to play? Hurt?
