GW comes in with a 10-14 record after beating LaSalle in DC last night by a score of 80-69. Saturday's game is a rematch of the January 17th game in which GW won by a score of 80-68. GW is 0-7 in true road games this season.

Watanabe is averaging 15.4 PPG/6.2 RPG (got 12 points and 8 rebounds in last season's game), Jair Bolden is averaging 11.7 PPG, and Patrick Steeves is averaging 10.6 PPG/5.3 RPG (got 11 points and 5 rebounds off the beach in last season's game).

Bonus question, it seems that someone that doesn't light up the stat sheet goes off on us in home games. Who will that player be?

FANTASY: Paulsen decides to take Watanabe out of the game by having Otis stand at the mid court line on offense essentially making it 4 on 4 when we have the ball. Greene goes off from deep and scores 45 points on 15 for 15 from 3. Mason leads 75 - 74 with 1 second left. Otis reaches out and touches Watanabe. Watanabe flops like a soft European soccer player. Refs look at the tape and hit Otis with a Flagrant 2. Watanabe nails both free throws and GW wins 76 - 75.

REALITY: We match up terribly with them. GW owns us. In prison they would trade us for a pack of cigarettes after making us pick up the soap. Watanabe will shut down Otis again. Jaire will disappear again leaving it up to the freshmen. We get down big early and disappoint a Homecoming crowd of 5,000. GW by 15. We take one step closer to the PIG.

I would go with the live option. Perhaps your projectile vomiting will hit one of our older alums who sit on their hands.

Otis actually scored 17 last year at home against GW. I'm not sure what we did or they did differently in that game.

What I'd really like to see is a lot of screens and when Steeves flashes to stop Otis from turning the corner, we roll Calixte to the basket and Otis actually makes the pass.

I'm not sure what we can do defensively to stop Yuta, Ziegler, and Steeves from killing us when they're on the floor together.

BTW - very good chance we won't be using our two patriot club passes for the pre-game reception, since we have a lot of friends in town and will be at the indoor tailgate till 3:30pm. 86-78 GW. Otis and Jaire both under 13 points for the game. Our little white walk-on de-pants Wantanabe at halfcourt immediately following the game, showing the world he has the genitalia of a Barbie doll. North Korea responds with an invasion of South Korea to avenge the shame on his family.

86-83 GMU- Mason wins on an And-1 dunk from Otis. Elderly Mason fans defy laws of nature, gravity, and Fairfax County and drunkenly climb the light poles in celebration. Robinson Hall burned down in celebration. Rioters are all given parking citations within 2 hours of the riot commencing.
