I see a troubling pattern of former vcu representatives, not that it's surprising to me...

first Larry Sanders with his drug problem...now Norwood Teague with alcohol and women. Grow up men.

Tom O'Connor used to drink and sexually harass me constantly when I was an employee. Frankly I found most of it flattering.
Sexual harassment is such a grey area. I mean, I was banned from attending Mason freshman orientations because of it recently, although nobody really explained to me what exactly I did wrong. I don't see why standing in a residence hall in a bathrobe is quote, "sexual harassment." Students do it all the time. I'm a man in my mid-40s, if anything I think I have a nicer bathrobe than most.
In any case, anyone associated with vcu at any time professionally or as a student is obviously imbalanced in almost countless ways. Sexual harassment is likely the tip of the iceberg for many.
