By using this site (hereinafter the “Site” or “Masonhoops”), you agree to be bound by the terms of service listed herein. These terms of service are subject to change or update by Masonhoops at any time without notice to you.

The providers of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.

This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for this Service. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older.

The accepted standards of conduct in our message board communities are determined by the administrators and owners. Registered users agree that Masonhoops has the right to enforce these standards, including deletion of posts, or blacklisting/banning users.

Behavior that is restricted on the message boards may include, but is not limited to:

1. Personal attacks or insults on ANYONE (including but not limited to athletes, recruits, coaches or administrators, other users of the boards, beat writers, Site staff, et al). This includes material that defames (slanders), abuses, or threatens others or site sponsors. In addition, this includes statements that are bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive. No political or religious discussion.
2. Posts with the sole intent of eliciting negative responses, also referred to as “pot-stirring”, “trolling”, or “flaming”. If you post in a fashion that otherwise abides by the terms of service, but continually causes anger in the message board community, moderators and administrators will use discretion as needed.
3. Rumors concerning an individual's private life, when said rumors are not a matter of public record. This includes ANYONE (including but not limited to athletes, recruits, parents of athletes/recruits, coaches or administrators, other users of the boards, beat writers, Site staff, et al).
4. Material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
5. Posts containing material that contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images, embedded pictures that are pornographic in nature, or links to pornographic web sites. Other sexually suggestive pictures and links to inappropriate web sites may also be deleted at moderator or admin discretion.
6. Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation. This includes links to commercial web sites posted by individuals who are affiliated with said web site and are seeking to direct traffic to their web site from this message board (i.e., “spamming the message board”). If in doubt as to whether or not your post is a solicitation or “spam,” please email Site staff for clarification.
7. Reposting of tweets or other social media posts without comment that provides context for discussion and clear connection to the topic.
8. Unauthorized copyrighted material, including such items as scans of copyrighted material or posts of subscription-based web articles.
9. Posts or posting habits which are otherwise deemed inappropriate by Site staff. Moderators and administrators have the ability to use judgment to enforce rules as necessary.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.

Masonhoops reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review materials posted to this site and to remove any such materials and/or edit such materials in its sole discretion, without notice at any time. In addition, Masonhoops reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of Masonhoops’s sites and services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Masonhoops reserves the right to terminate or change any part of the site at any time.

Masonhoops is not obligated to monitor the content on this site. However, with respect to the use of the community facilities mentioned above, Masonhoops reserves the right to disclose any information or materials as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, from the site or service, in Masonhoops’s sole discretion.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the user and Masonhoops regarding the use of the services, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings.

The Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the State of Virginia. Venue shall be in Northumberland County, Virginia (at the sole discretion of Masonhoops) for any and all cases arising out of the use of the Masonhoops.com site and regarding content published on Masonhoops. By using this site, registering on this site, or subscribing to this site, you agree to all of these terms.
