It’s just seemed to click for AJ Wilson this year. Love the development of his game on both ends of the court.

And how in the Hell did the Cali programs allow Hartwell to leave the state?

Everyone's wondering whether he replaces Javon or Jamal in the starting lineup, and my guess is... Greg. We are ROLLING with the shooting the backcourt gives us and I don't think you mess with that. Miller/AJ is a small frontcourt, but it'll work against most opponents. This makes the press better, and we're not playing 4 on 5 on offense.

Gonna be great however it shakes out. In a lot of cases I'd worry about it messing with chemistry, but Justin is such a selfless player I don't see it being an issue. He looked good tonight, and we've got a long break coming up for him to heal further.

I know I am amazed at how difficult it is to be happy. We have a shot to go 8-1 tonight and win a preseason tournament.

That is NOT a bad thing.

We CANNOT get into the habit against teams with someone over 6 foot 6 to have AJ play extended mins at the 5. It’s not going to be a good look. URI, Richmond and VcU would eat us if we did that as a game plan. Now we certainly can do that against some other programs.

We had all offseason to address the 5 position. We didn't so get over it. I think Paulsen knows what he's doing. We are 7-1 and playing for a Chip tonight.

Our final four team had two guys who were 6-7. How did that work out? We play a different style of basketball. I trust the coach way more than I trust your traditional spiteful and always negative posts.

Quad 2 game tonight with 8 guys on NMST over 6 foot 6. Leading scorer a senior from Maryland that Miller will key on.

We actually did address the 5. As you might recall (or not) we brought in Josh Oduro. He’s tall, and played 20 minutes last night.

The final four team did have a couple of 6’7 guys, however that was 13 years ago, and the game has changed a little bit. AJ and Miller together don’t weigh as much as Jai did.

In my professional opinion, you should calm down.

    Isn’t Santos-Silva 6’7?

This season has been an incredibly pleasant surprise so far. Would love to see them take this home. Looking forward to the rest of the year, but man the A10 looks much improved.

ok sir. is that some sort of a threat
what are you hell are talking about saying I should calm down? I am nearly responding to these idiotic posts. sleeperpick was the same poster who chastised and belittled Oduro during the preseason.

We can win by 1 point, 25 points or and even 50 points tonight, and sleeperpick, who has no basketball acumen will find a way to attack, belittle, bemoan our program and coaching efforts and then pivot to the next game and have no balls to congratulate the team when he in fact has been proven all season thus far to be flat out wrong. Quite frankly, I have no idea why he even goes to games. He's not a fan.

This is what the hell I’m talking about... it’s Thanksgiving Eve; day before the greatest holiday, we are playing in a championship game tonight. and you are on here ranting about what someone else is posting on a mid-major basketball message board. Relax, life is good.
