That's a weird way of spelling "World Cup"
Although, he may have proved his point with that post
adidas is really making strides. I was against the adidas deal and thought we should have gone Nike, or at least UA, but I may very well have been wrong. This was mainly from the recruiting side of things, because adidas wasn't "cool" to a 17 year old. But it looks like things have changed in two years. I still say all money being equal Nike makes a superior product, but if you aren't going to be with Nike or Jordan, adidas looks like the next best thing.
Any news on if we're getting new unis this year?
Georgia Tech goes adidas starting next year.
Are we awaiting comment from Carolina?
Finally no more Russell Athletic unis lol. they were atrocious.
You know it's bad when adidas unis are better looking.

Are people saying they don't like Adidas from just what they've heard? Because honestly, Addidas gear looks sharp a shell.
As far as style it is just personal preference. I'm sure there people who even liked the adidas zubaz basketball jerseys a few years back. As far as the functionality of the uniforms (technology, weight, sweat-wicking, etc.) Nike, UA, and adidas are fairly even.
Funny, only 2 of those 6 schools are still with adidas, although Louisville did re-up with adidas for an additional 10 years, at $160million.
Wichita State going Under Armour.
That is some serious change UA threw at UCLA. Will be interesting to see how much the Shockers got.
Being in LA helped big time. Did we ever find out what we're getting from adidas? Like, are we getting $1million in cash and $1million in product each year (haha, I wish it was that high!)
Edwards, Green, Cabrera and Paulsen all get an unlimited supply of those awesome Zubaz shorts. You heard it here first.
Yeah, nowhere close...it's performance bonus-heavy basically.
If that's the case, I assume adidas just gave us the biggest discount?
I would imagine these rules regarding the club teams uni's probably are similar or the same to our athletic teams - interesting read:
Kind of strange that it said green uni's had to have white letters or white with gold outline, then shows examples with gold letters in the pics as acceptable. Same thing with the black jerseys, says either white letters or green letters with yellow outline - then they show a black football jersey with gold letters/green outline and it says acceptable.
Hockey and softball have the best uni's IMO.
Baseball should look like the A's.
There are so many cool Euro soccer teams with green and gold, we should be able to mirror some of those uni's.
I wish our green was more of a hunter green (darker) and our gold was a richer gold.
There is another thread for this, but I HATE the black uni's with green lettering. ugh.
