So we will have a Senior Night!
She knows her way around a cucumber
Sounds like a keeper
No but actually she’s a terrible cook. I have to do it all.
Anyone see the announcement today that single game tickets go on sale tomorrow and for the first time we have a tiered pricing system? It's like they are trying to shut these boards down.
By tiered pricing what so you mean?
It means all the decent seats for single games are now $45 instead of $25.
Yeah.... like our attendance is so great we now put yet another barrier to increased attendance. Won't effect me because I don't have any kids (therefore giving me alot of disposable income) but increasing the ticket price of any decent seat is just f*cking stupid.
And is if you thought the area where the prime $45 seats looked empty on TV before oh just you wait.
$45 for ticket does seem awfully high...
$45 is ridiculous..
I have not once bought single game tickets and been offered seats in the green area.
I tend to stay in the yellow areas as well.
But man... 45$ for a ticket does seem a little high. I don't even pay that for Caps/Nats.
I think this is a great thing, and something that we've talked about for years.
As far as $45, it does seem steep. There has to be some rationalization for it to be that high, maybe they feel that if someone enjoys a $45 seat that much, they'll be more likely to get a season plan?
Or a mini game plan.
Shit...id pay $45 apiece for the seats on the floor directly behind the huddle...maybe. Maybe other side of the floor with McKay, Brion and them.
Nowhere else, no chance.
I would think it's safe to say that 80%+ of the seats in the green section are for season ticket holders. $15 bucks for nosebleeds aren't bad for those on a budget! I know a couple of people who will attend more games given that price.
Having the most visible seats on TV Look empty does not help recruiting. Now charging an extra $20 bucks for them doesn’t help the cause.
